RCI Westech is a manufacturer’s representative agency that serves in the HVAC/R industry. The company came together in January, 2011 in which it was formed from two successful agencies, RCI which was founded in 1960 and Westech Associates which was founded in 1986. Our territory coverage includes California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Colorado and Hawaii.
For the past 62 years we have successfully represented HVAC/R related products by promoting and training to contractors, school districts and trade schools with the partnership of our wholesaler distribution channels and industry associations.
We do continuous promoting through mobile training, tradeshows, wholesaler open houses, counter days and contractor calls with our distributors.

OUR TEAM
Eric Sirkow
Eric joined Westech Associates in January of 2008. He has 43 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry. He spent 20 years in wholesale distribution with 2 major controls distributors, (Burke Engineering Co.& Johnstone Supply).
He then spent 8 years with White-Rodgers (Division of Emerson) as a Territory Manager for 3 western states. He is active in industry organizations and is the Treasurer of the Western Regional Board of HARDI.
Mike Aguilar
Mike joined Westech Associates in November of 2009. Mike has 39 years of experience in the HVAC/R wholesale distribution industry. He spent 23 years with a major refrigeration wholesaler, Allied Refrigeration followed by 4 years with an equipment wholesaler, Goodman Manufacturing Company.
Mike’s passion for technical knowledge of equipment and controls added with his enthusiasm of servicing the distributors and contractors has gained him the reputation that our customers count on every day.
James “J” Jones
James joined RCI Westech in March of 2021.
He has 43 years of experience in the HVACR industry.
He spent 24 years in wholesale distribution with companies: Fab Steel, H & C Supply, Familian & Geary Pacific Supply.
He then spent 9 years on the manufacturers’ rep side until he was asked to take over as the regional manager for Honeywell. He led his team of 18 people in California in the Thermostat, IAQ, Zoning, Combustion, Heating, and Air Conditioning residential controls.
